"Non-Objective Shapes"

Description:
Most people think that abstraction is a bunch of shapes slapped together on canvas, this is not true. this is something known as non-objective shapes that have no object reference and no subject matter suggestion. This is often used to simplify design shapes and can be seen all the time in design books that are going over the design concept topics.

Learning:
At first, I thought that we're just going to make an image out of round shapes but its not what I expected to be. This activity was a roller coaster ride for me because I really find it hard moving the marker from one place to another part of the board without even looking on it. Putting a color in every shapes was a bit difficult too because I have to think of a color to make a certain shape different from its neighboring shapes. After a couple of hours, I was really amazed by my own work like everything turned out really well. I never expected that it would be possible for me to make a piece like an abstract art or non-objective shapes.
